Posted by Jen in : Journal , 19 commentsWhile tarting around various publishers’ websites, as I’m apt to do in the name of research, I happened upon a competition to list one’s top 5 break-up songs. Well, I thought, that’s got to be worth a half hour of procrastination.
And. I won a book. Ex and the City by Alexandra Heminsley. Signed, too. Cool bananas. So, you can read all about my top 5 break-up songs and why I love them here. Part of me is thinking hey, words what I writ are on the PanMacmillan website. But it also means the PanMacmillan people might think I’m a tragic loser which will stand me in great stead when I beg them to publish my novel. Sigh.
Could I win the lottery next, instead, please? I think lovely bf might be a bit more pleased about that somehow…
